Our approach involved understanding the requirements of all internal stakeholders including customer success, product management, executives, and board members. We facilitated vendor sessions to understand ‘the art of the possibility’ and ultimately developed a final scorecard concept.
Next, we identified the best analytics platform to meet our clients requirements, timeline and budget. Upon finalizing the contract, we worked with engineering to implement the platform.
Finally, we configured and distributed scorecards for the appropriate stakeholders and trained our client to ensure changes could be addressed easily in the future.
